Step 1:
Contact Your General Data Account Manager
Your Acccount Manager will be able to confirm the trade-in eligibility of your existing legacy label printers, in addition to answering any questions you may have. They will provide you with a quote that fully details the expected rebate for each ColorWorks C6500 label printer you plan to purchase.
Step 2:
Purchase Your ColorWorks C6500 Label Printers
When your purchase order is received, you will work with your General Data account manager to fill out a claim form completely, including product serial numbers, and a photo of the qualifying printer being replaced.
Step 3:
Submit Claim and Receive Rebate
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, you and your General Data account manager will submit the claim form to Epson. Once they receive and approve your claim, your rebate will be sent directly to you.

Program Details
- This offer is being made from General Data Company, Inc. and Epson to end user customers in the form of a Prepaid Mastercard rebate on purchases made between September 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
- The Program applies to new purchases of Epson ColorWorks C6500 Inkjet Label Printers (the “Qualifying Products”). Customers must purchase Qualifying Products from General Data Company, Inc. (“General Data”).
- The customer must first confirm with General Data the eligibility of their existing label printers for this rebate trade-in program.
- This Program requires the picture verification of customer’s existing legacy label printer(s). To qualify for the rebate, the customer will need to send an image of their existing label printer(s) back to us via email once the customer purchase order is received, along with the Epson Rebate Form fully filled out.
- The rebate amount will be detailed as a line item on the sales quote and the invoice provided to the customer from General Data.
- The customer must submit the photo of the qualifying printer and filled out rebate form within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer cannot combine this with any other offer, promotion, or special pricing (“Special Pricing”) provided by General Data as part of the same transaction.
- General Data and Epson reserve the right to change, cancel, modify or end the Program at any time with or without notice.
