General Data’s coated products division is an industry leading contract coater, specializing in the development and production of engineered coated products and solutions. We utilize an array of face materials, adhesives, substrates, coatings and laminates to meet the unique needs of our customers for a wide variety of applications.

Our toll coating capabilities are ideal for projects that call for custom constructions, formulations or process that are not available in more traditional coating scenarios.

In addition to our custom coating capabilities, General Data stocks a number of pressure-sensitive constructions, materials and other components to meet virtually any need - including thermal, laser, flexo and aqueous inkjet printing.  

General Data has a wide range of toll and custom coating capabilities to create solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Our coating lines can adhesive coat, top coat and laminate materials up to 62 inches wide, and our in-house slitting and sheeting capabilities enable us to provide finished coated products in press-ready sizes and configurations.
