However, it’s the unseen pathogens and bacteria that harbor on mobile devices that can lead to cross-contamination and hospital-acquired infections. And even worse, constant disinfection with harsh chemical solutions will quickly degrade mobile devices.
The ElectroClave offers a simple solution: the unit is safely and conveniently opened via non-touch access with NFC employee badges. Mobile devices are placed on a tray, the unit is closed, and the ultra-sanitizing power of UV-C light is used to disinfect all sides of the devices for proper sanitization with no damage to the surface or functionality of your electronics. The process can be customized for optimal microorganism reduction, or shorter cycles tailored to your workflow.
For device management and oversight, cloud-based UHF RFID tracking is implemented. Device syncing, disinfection reminders, and compliance monitoring are accomplished via push notifications with the accompanying app.
