Step 1:
Contact Your General Data Healthcare Account Manager
Your Acccount Manager will be able to confirm and approve the trade-in eligibility of your existing legacy slide printers, in addition to answering any questions you may have. They will provide you with a quote that fully details the $250 discount for each SlideTrack ESPO you plan to purchase.
Step 2:
Purchase Qualifying SlideTrack ESPO Slide Printers
When your purchase order is received, you will be asked if you would prefer a pre-paid UPS shipping label be sent to you for each legacy trade-in slide printer you would like to trade in, or you will dispose of your legacy trade-in slide printers in accordance with your facility’s equipment disposal procedures.
Step 3:
Trade In Your Legacy Slide Printers
Use the provided prepaid UPS shipping labels to send us your legacy slide printers, or send us documentation verifying the facility-approved disposal of your legacy slide printers.

Program Details
- This offer is being made from General Data Company, Inc. to end user customers in the form of a special discount for purchases made between April 15, 2024 and August 31, 2024.
- The Program applies to new purchases of Slidetrack ESPO slide printers (the “Qualifying Products”). Customers must purchase Qualifying Products from General Data Company, Inc. (“General Data”).
- The customer must first confirm with General Data the eligibiity of their existing slide printers for this trade-in program. Other ESPO slide printers are not eligible.
- The special discount is $250 for each SlideTrack ESPO slide printer purchased with a matching approved existing legacy slide printer the customer must trade in to receive the discount.
- This Program requires the trade-in or disposal verification of customer’s existing legacy slide printer(s). To qualify for the discount, the customer will need to either send their existing legacy slide printer(s) back to us using the prepaid UPS shipping label(s) that General Data will provide once customer purchase order is received, or the customer must email General Data documentation verifying the legacy slide printer(s) have been disposed of in accordance with the customer facility’s equipment disposal procedures.
- The special discount will be detailed as a line item on the sales quote and the invoice provided to the customer from General Data.
- The customer must either complete the return or disposal of the existing legacy trade-in slide printers within 60 days of receipt of the new SlideTrack ESPO slide printers purchased as part of this Program.
- There is no limit to the number of SlideTrack ESPO slide printers available for the special discount, provided there is an approved existing legacy slide printer available for the customer to trade in for each SlideTrack ESPO printer purchased, and the purchases are made between April 15, 2024 and August 31, 2024.
- The customer cannot combine this with any other offer, promotion, or special pricing (“Special Pricing”) provided by General Data as part of the same transaction.
- General Data reserves the right to change, cancel, modify or end the Program at any time with or without notice.
- This trade-in promotion is only available to General Data customers in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada.
